Very Good Average, Poor. If I had to rate the man who did my consultation, I’d give him five stars. The crew that came to the job- excellent- professional, polite, and they left the site clean. But, I paid the price I paid for my daughter’s car for this service and in the first 2 weeks the rats were back. They are so close to my bed that it is difficult for me sleep. I called needing someone to come out, I was given an appointment for 3 days later. Thank you so much. Monday between 8:30-12:30, I took off work b/c I needed the rats out. It is Monday morning, and it is now 1:25. I still have not heard anything. The office did not offer an apology or a time frame for their visit. I called again and was told that they would be coming to my home on April 9. It is likely that my attic and insulation as well as wiring and ductwork will be destroyed once again. The company is probably good if things go well. They can seal your home if it goes according to schedule. However, if something does go wrong expect to be charged for the cost of service (in my situation, I spent quite a bit). Critter Control can help you in an emergency situation. Critter Control deserves 1 star because I’m exactly where I was when they first came to clean my home of rats. They are now in a rush to get me help.

Critter Control DFW crooks. You are told what to do and how it is going to be fixed by them when they come. They ask for a large sum and the technician shows up with no knowledge of the job. Julian keeps calling us back, acting like he does not know our identity. No one at the company returns calls. You should call another company.

Excellent communication. It was quick and simple! We are so happy for our wife. I paid them quite a bit the first time that I had rats. I now need to file a warranty claim. After calling them numerous times, I discovered that I had a very serious problem with rats. They have put me on hold for several days before I can get them to come. There was insufficient protection against rats to ensure that someone got there on time. They put me on hold and not come back. BAD Service

Critter Control performed an effective rat control. Although it took a whole day to complete, I found Critter Control to be professional, polite and considerate of me and my property as they put up all necessary equipment. It was essential to remove all existing insulation from the attic. A fogging process had to take place to get rid of any pest pheromones. New insulation had then to be installed. It was also necessary to seal all cracks. It was a great service.

In October 2014, we moved to The Woodlands. Soon after, we started hearing noises from the attic and walls. Critter Control arrived to perform an inspection of the house and offer us options. It was obvious that they were very professional and helpful. They did a thorough inspection, and then spent all the time necessary to go over their findings with me, walking me around the house and showing me issues. Then, I had them visit to resolve our problems. We haven’t heard one since. I was shown all the details of their treatment. They filled the gaps, screened the pipes, and sealed the garage with concrete. They went inclines around the entire house, feeling for stones and the foundation. Wow!

The guarantee they offer is also fantastic. The services they provided were excellent and I know now that if there are any more of these noises or if there is any concern about other pests or critters, they will be available to help. This was exactly what I needed to feel at ease in our newly renovated, more critter-centric, hometown (we had previously lived in Colorado with fewer pests).

I take recommendations seriously, and only refer people and services I have had excellent personal experience with. Critter Control is a company I would recommend without reservation.
