Dewalt 60V Flexvolt Max Chainsaw Reviews
This DEWALT FLEXVOLT-60V MAX Chainsaw Kit (available on Amazon) is the new model.
This saw uses the 60v side and comes standard with a 16″ bar. This chainsaw is priced slightly higher than the MAX XR but it’s a much more powerful model.
This model has a completely different look to it. The placement of the battery pack is an example. This one is inserted into the body of the saw, which the other attaches at the tail. The Flexvolt could be a more balanced chainsaw.
Many of the features you’d expect are still the same. It comes with an auto-lubricating block and chain as well as a brushless electric motor. The chain is broken and it’s quiet.
However, the saw’s use time is shorter. The same battery is used (it has dual voltage), however, the saw consumes more power than it does. Dewalt’s electric Chainsaws have a short running time.
