New deals can be created by clicking the Deals tab. Nimble allows you to create custom stages and pipelines. You can also drag and drop deals between the different stages. The deals can all be tied to particular contacts and companies. It even allows you to enter the chance of winning or falling. It is possible to create reports using the data from the system. Links are provided for deal history, forecasts, as well as a dashboard showing you all current deals.

Nimble can be described as one of the most user-friendly CRM tools. Its web-based interface is fairly clean and attractive, and shouldn’t present a steep learning curve particularly to users who have used a CRM tool before.

The only UX gripe I have with Nimble’s interface it is that it is not ‘responsive’, meaning that it won’t resize itself automatically to suit mobile and tablet devices.

To be honest, I can’t see many people wanting to use a full CRM package on a smartphone; but some tablet users may be frustrated by the lack of a responsive interface.

You have the option of downloading both the i. OS as well as the Android app, which offer a wide range key Nimble features for mobile users. The i. OS app received a higher rating (4.5 out of 5, compared to Android users’ 3.3).

Its true strength lies in prospecting abilities and the enrichment of profiles to uncover additional information. Nimble has no issues with us in the way it is integrated with Salesforce and Google.
