Zwilling Spirit Set of Cookware – Your Search for The Perfect Cookware Set
The purchase of cookware is like most large kitchen investments. As such, it has to be an investment. My requirements for a cookware set were simple: Durability, quality, and nonstick surfaces. There are also essential pans that can be added to the set.
High quality/durability: My Analon cookware had been around 15 years when it was retired. Although things don’t last forever, it’s not impossible to find cookware that will last twice as long. High quality materials and skilled craftsmanship are the key to durability. The cookware set is strong and well-designed. Pot lids and handles are secure. In other words, screws or bolts won’t loosen over time. The coatings or finishes on cookware don’t crack or peel. This stainless steel is truly rust- and tarnish-resistant.
Non-Stick Surface – I like cookware with non-stick surfaces. You don’t need to use as much oil which is better for your health. Also, it makes cleaning easier. Non-stick cookware technology has advanced quite a bit since the days of polytetrafluoroethylene (brand name Teflon). Many popular choices include porcelain enamel surfaces and hard anodized ceramics. I am familiar with anodized finishes and would like to experiment with a non-stick alternative.
Essentials with Optional Add-Ons – While I enjoy the convenience of buying cookware sets, I was aware that I would be needing additional pieces. I wanted a range that offered unique pieces so I could add them to my existing collection.

There are not many 10-piece non stick cookware sets that sell way above $200. Zwilling is one among them. The Zwilling is a leading brand of German origin. It is known for its knives and kitchen products. In addition to its cookware products, the Spirit series of cookware is available. It has ceramic coating. This review is for Zwilling ceramic pots and saucepans.
Zwilling Spirit 3Ply can be purchased in sets or individual pieces. This 10-piece set, which includes the following items, has been selected by us to be displayed above.

High-priced – The 10-piece set you get will run around $400. A 2-piece fry pan will only set you back $100. It’s much more expensive that the WearEver Purity Living Ceramic Cookware, which retails for about $150.
It is high risk. The non-stick coating can wear off, which is something that is reported by many sellers’ reviews. Even though they take good care, some buyers find that their pans get sticky after just six months.
It’s a favorite or a curse among Zwilling Soul ceramic cookware.
